BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Middlesbrough on a permanent basis.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. This role is fully site based for the first month and then hybrid working is available (3 days on site/2 days from home).

Your Responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues.
- Manage day to day HR issues including ER cases.
- Provide training to management to reduce absenteeism.
- Support with the HR agenda including wellbeing and DE&I.
- Policy work and development.
- Working with international team.
You will need:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
