Opportunity for a graduate to become a Case Manager (customer services team) in an innovate tech company that are digitalising the legal world!Starting salary of 27k – 12 month contract / Hybrid, Working 3 days in Holborn area offices – full training provided!We are seeking a confident, organised, and hardworking individual to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a career in a dynamic and client-facing role, becoming a key and trusted member of the team.We would love to see hungry graduates in Literature, Linguistics or adjacent degrees that want to start work immediately!Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultative advice on hearing room services, including transcription, equipment, and logistics requirements.Liaise directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams, offering information, troubleshooting, and upselling where appropriate.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the platform to help clients maximise its usage.Work closely with Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Accurately record control information and ensure timely billing at month end.What We\’re Looking ForBright, engaging, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and use initiative.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to juggle tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.A team player with a flexible attitude to meet changing business needs.Previous experience in a client-facing or professional services role is desirable but not essential.HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00-17:30.Remote work may be required outside of these hours, including weekends.What We OfferContributory pension plan.26 days annual leave, flexible working, and length of service benefits.Health insurance.Loyalty share scheme.Enhanced maternity and paternity leave.This is a 12 month contract but we are looking to extend to permanent for the right grad!Join us and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment while developing your career in an exciting and evolving industry
