Onsite Representative
Incora in Southampton is inviting a Warehouse Stock Controller (Onsite Representative) to join a fixed-term contract of 12 months on a customer site.
As a Stock Controller you will be a key member of the on‑site team, responsible for stock activities, mainly receiving deliveries and stock distribution, including into chemical cabinets. You will deliver assigned stock to the relevant customer area and conduct replenishment activities, working with internal functions to ensure requirements are met. Additional Warehouse administration responsibilities include chasing part approvals, stock counts and inventory reporting.
About You
- Proven track record of working in a stock management or warehousing role
- Proactive attitude with a can‑do approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work under own initiative
- Confident user of IT systems with a basic level understanding of MS Excel
- Valid UK driving licence
