Quality Supervisor

This role is perfect for a Quality Supervisor who is passionate about ensuring excellence within a food manufacturing environment. Based in Coventry, you will be responsible for leading and improving the quality systems within the Technical department. Client Details My client is a leading player in food manufacturing industry, specialising in bespoke products that align with their clients brand & customer requirements. They have a sizeable team and are well-established in the market, boasting a reputation for quality and innovation. Description Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the Technical department. Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures and controls to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train staff in quality procedures and ensure compliance. Regularly review and report on quality metrics and performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.Monday – Friday – Days Profile A successful Quality Supervisor/Team Lead with food manufacturing experience, as well as: A recognised qualification in this specialism Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to train and motivate team members.
