Your role
We are looking for a Boundary Infrastructure Architect. Your role will involve owning the delivery of a work package from design, through prototyping, ensuring the work package meets functional and non-functional requirements. The skills necessary to troubleshoot and problem solve. You will script repeatable unit tests to exercise functionality, which will account for desired and undesired outcomes.
You will continue to support the work package through user piloting and into production and will continue to be on hand to provide early life support, as well as creating and maintaining support and design documentation to assist users and support personnel in maintaining the work package throughout its life.
Your experience
Example of tasks:
- Creation of a proof of concept, designed to meet a set of requirements
- Creation of high level design collateral which supports the design, and provides requirements traceability
- Working with other stakeholders to unblock engineering progress
Your skills and experience
Experience in the development and delivery of solutions using Agile Methodologies.
Highly experienced in the provision of Email, Web proxy gateways for high security systems from design, prototyping through to implementation.
Expertise in the implementation of .security lockdowns & clamps, and troubleshooting the technical issues which emerge from systems of this nature
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems administration within an enterprise environment.
- Active Directory, PKI, VMWare virtualisation, Windows Server 2022 enterprise architecture and the creation of gold builds, System hardening (GPOs etc.), Nexus configuration repositories.
- PowerShell and Python for scripting, automation, or test creation.
- Configuration and automation using Ansible, Terraform.
- Automated test execution using Robot framework.
- Act as an enabler to empower teams to solve problem
