Finance Assistant – 6-Month FTC

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in keeping their finance function running smoothly – handling high-volume, multi-entity, and multi-project transactions with precision and pace. Your day-to-day will include:

- Posting supplier invoices and ensuring project accuracy
- Preparing supplier payments and setting them up for approval
- Handling sales invoicing and credit control
- Posting bank transactions and credit card activity
- Supporting PO creation and expense claim coding
- Assisting with tax returns and ad hoc finance tasks
