Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Support procurement activities and manage supplier performance.
- Identify and manage commercial risks to protect project outcomes.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a QS or Commercial Manager focussing on infrastructure projects (E.g. Highways, Utilities/ Water, Power/ Energy, Civils).
- Strong knowledge and working experience of NEC contracts.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ideally you will be degree qualified in a related subject
