The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: Fully Remote Based – Our client has offices in most major cities in the UK and you would have the option to go into the office if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
  • Support procurement activities and manage supplier performance.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks to protect project outcomes.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a QS or Commercial Manager focussing on infrastructure projects (E.g. Highways, Utilities/ Water, Power/ Energy, Civils).
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of NEC contracts.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ideally you will be degree qualified in a related subject
