Job Description
Our client is a leading Construction Consultancy who are driving the delivery of some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure projects and we’re looking for passionate Quantity Surveyors to join Their Manchester team.
What you’ll do:
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage contracts and change processes to keep projects on track
- Monitor and forecast project costs, ensuring accuracy and value
- Support project delivery through cost control, reporting, and risk management
- Lead commissions and mentor junior team members
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in cost management, valuation, and forecasting (NEC3 experience a plus)
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- You could be working for a Contractor, Consultancy or Client Side but must be working on Construction Infrastructure projects in one of the following sectors: Highways, Water/ Utilities, Aviation, Rail, Nuclear, Power/ Energy, Renewables, Solar and candidates currently working in the Defence sector would also be considered
