A growing eCommerce retailer is looking for a talented and driven Lead Front End Developer to head up its front end development and UX operations. This role is ideal for someone who\’s ready to lead a skilled team, influence digital direction, and take ownership of customer-facing websites and apps used across the world.

As Lead Front End Developer, you\’ll report to the Head of Development and work closely with UX designers and testing platforms to drive enhancements across web and app interfaces – ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and grow a small team of front end developers and UX specialists.

  • Take ownership of the front end roadmap and daily development tasks.

  • Ensure timely and well-tested feature releases, maintaining a strong version history.

  • Collaborate with UX design and testing platforms to roll out new features and improvements.

  • Embed best practices in front end development and eCommerce UX design.
