Project Manager

Project Manager – Security Systems | £55,000 + £5,000 car allowance | London (flexible for candidates able to work independently)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of enterprise and medium-level security projects. You will manage projects from £100K–£3M across sectors including high-end retail, logistics, e-commerce, and commercial clients. Systems include CCTV, Access Control, IDS, PA, Intercom, IP Networks, BMS, and traffic management solutions such as barriers and road blockers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with health and safety standards
• Identify and resolve risks or issues promptly

What You\’ll Need:

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale security projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Technical knowledge of security systems and IP networks is desirable
