Role: Real Estate Solicitor (NQ+)Salary: £45,000+Location: Glasgow City CentreAre you a motivated solicitor looking to build a successful career in commercial property law? We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded Glasgow firm, who will provide you with direct exposure to experienced senior solicitors, high-quality work, and genuine opportunities for fast-track progression.About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for anyone from newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 4 years' post-qualification experience to become involved in a broad range of transactional and advisory work.You'll gain hands-on experience in a variety of commercial property matters, including:

  • Investment sales and purchases
  • Commercial lending and finance transactions
  • Acquisition and sale of licensed premises and commercial businesses
  • Residential and commercial development site acquisitions and disposals
  • Residential conveyancing, including purchases and sales
  • A range of general property transactions and client advisory matters
