Camino Partners are delighted to be partnering with a global recruitment business that specialises in connecting mission critical talent with innovative organisations across the Tech, Data and Sciences markets. The business operates predominantly across the US market with exciting expansion plans.
They are now looking for an experience recruiter / learning and development professional to join the team and assist with their ambitious growth and scaling the business as a whole.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for delivering a 12-week onboarding academy, 4-5 times a year.
- Classroom and desk-based training, hands-on day-to-day sales leadership and coaching.
- Performance management with the trainees, reporting back to the Senior Leaders and CEO on progress.
- Working closely with the Head of People to follow people development plan.
- Support Junior Managers with tasks and assist with fulfilling their potential.
- Ongoing coaching.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Ideally 2+ years Recruitment (360) experience.
- Experience with L+D or coaching and developing talent.
- Someone who is highly motivated and eager to assist with the growth and development of the organisation.
- Who can thrive in a high-performance recruitment environment.
