This pivotal role supports Home Managers, drives clinical excellence, and fosters innovation aligned with our vision and philosophy of care. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and improve care standards across residential and nursing services in Kent and South East London. Lead the development of exceptional clinical practices, providing expert advice and driving innovation. Enhance care planning and risk assessment skills through training and mentorship. Ensure the nursing team remains current with best practices and integrates them into daily operations. Organise and deliver nurse forums to build a skilled and motivated clinical workforce. Collaborate with the People Team and Home Managers to recruit, retain, and train nurses, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards. Oversee NMC revalidation processes and mentor nurses in maintaining professional documentation. Foster a strong nursing workforce by encouraging professional development and contributions to research and publications.
