Interquest have a great opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Manager for a leading NHS organisation in London. This is a leading role across Infrastructure services and the holder of this post must posses advanced technical design , implementation and administration experience using Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Sharepoint. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of IT to identify and establish Operations practices within the NHS trust. The role will also require the following; • Ensure all Infrastructure Operations strategies, procedures and plans are complete, current, and accurate. • Review and monitor the consumption of the services to manage cost and forecast future capacity requirements, to streamline ways of working. • Creation and implementation of highly complex infrastructure policies and underpinning processes, which directly impact users from the NHS trust and GP Practices that are accessing provided networks. Ensuring implementation of said policies is managed through the ICT Change process to minimise end user disruption and the intended benefits are realised. • Develop policies and strategies for the design, monitoring, and maintenance of services required to meet service availability targets. • Ensure that a catalogue of platform infrastructure services, delivered by in-house and/or 3rd party vendors, meet service level agreements. • Lead and work with the Infrastructure Services team to identify and implement the…
