TechOhana are supporting a forward-thinking organisation launching a brand-new Salesforce implementation. Finding a proactive Salesforce Consultant to lead and support the rollout of Sales & Service Cloud from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Platform Configuration: Customise Sales & Service Cloud to align with business needs
  • Workflow Automation: Build Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
  • User Enablement: Train users and create documentation to drive adoption
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years’ hands-on with Sales & Service Cloud
  • Automation Pro: Confident with Flows, validation rules, and process automation
  • Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot issues and deliver smart solutions
  • Configuration Skills: Experienced in building objects, fields, layouts, and Lightning apps
