Job Description
Commify is looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our demand generation efforts across our diverse portfolio of communication solutions. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and execute campaigns that attract new customers while nurturing our existing base.
Your primary responsibility will be developing and implementing innovative demand generation strategies that increase awareness, lead generation, and ultimately conversion rates. You will leverage various marketing channels including digital, social media, email marketing, and events to build and sustain high-quality leads.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting and executing a winning B2B demand generation strategy for Commify's diverse UK brands, aimed at achieving remarkable growth and directly enhancing sales pipelines.
- Designing and implementing effective prospect campaigns and field marketing initiatives, merging advanced marketing strategies with an in-depth knowledge of current digital B2B tactics to attract qualified leads.
- Developing, launching, and overseeing our Account-Based Marketing program, ensuring it aligns with sales objectives and fosters engagement with key accounts.
- Elevating our customer marketing initiatives with a focus on introducing new products and exploring cross-sell/upsell opportunities within our existing customer base, enhancing customer retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborating with global brand teams to make sure all UKI field marketing efforts adhere to our brand guidelines. You'll also be responsible for managing the UKI digital marketing assets, such as websites, CRM, and marketing materials, ensuring they're optimized for demand generation.
- Leading a rising partner/referral marketing program in conjunction with our global team, pinpointing new avenues for demand generation.
- Overseeing and analyzing marketing performance metrics (KPIs), with a particular emphasis on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates. You'll partner closely with our sales team and head of marketing to spot areas for enhancement and incremental improvements in demand generation strategies.
- Fostering strong relationships across the organization, particularly with sales and support teams. You'll be a vital connection between marketing and sales, ensuring a smooth lead flow and alignment on revenue goals.
- Efficiently managing resources and budgets with a sharp focus on maximizing return on investment for demand generation efforts and maintaining a low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
The Person:
- A strong track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns tied to concrete KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated, GP) in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience working hand-in-hand with sales teams, understanding their challenges, and possessing the ability to motivate and hold both marketing and sales accountable for revenue results.
- Demonstrated understanding of how the Product – Marketing – Sales relationship functions, and extensive experience driving go-to-market activities that directly fuel demand.
- Highly competent in current marketing demand generation tactics, tools, and channels, both online (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and offline.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics and data to drive targeted outcomes, adapt strategy, and optimize demand generation programs while in flight.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce CRM, specifically for lead management and campaign tracking.
- A confident copywriter with a keen eye for detail, capable of taking content from concept to delivering excellent digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Confident working with senior members of the executive team and external customer stakeholders, effectively communicating marketing performance and strategy.
- Competent at managing a budget and confident in reporting on campaign performance and ROI, specifically for demand generation activities.
- Strong agency management and people management skills, continually driving better business results through ongoing program optimization and team development.
- A "can-do" attitude is evidenced by an ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects, and consistently hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
