Administrative support to the Recruitment Team on a daily basis – managing the shared inbox to filter enquiries and provide timely responses.

Co-ordinate interviews across the group, to include following up candidate attendance, booking rooms, ensuring all arrangements are in place.

Processing of pre-employment checks for new starters is received and recorded accurately.

Produce offer letters and contracts for new starters

Build and maintain an internal surge workforce

Act as main point of contact for agency queries

Liaise with recruitment agencies to source temporary staff as approved/required if no availability within the surge workforce

Support work to increase the profile of SHCG in the marketplace and actively promote the organisation at career fairs, online and via social media

Experience of providing a high standard of customer service

Experience of working in an administrative support role

A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel

This new role within the Recruitment and Talent Team will deliver a professional, high quality recruitment co-ordination service and act as first point of contact to support the day-to-day activities of the team.
