Fire Alarm System Design Estimator - Work from Home - South East - up to £60k (£55,000 - £60,000 per annum salary). Work from home or office options (do not need to be commutable and so flexible on location in South East (+ a 2nd role in Midlands!). Supportive team and be able to be a more Senior Designer and have input. Growth opportunities. Lighting Design support with Calcs and Levels.

A leading provider of fire alarm and lighting systems is expanding and seeking a Fire Alarm and Lighting Design Estimator to join them. This role allows you to work from home and visit sites and customers to survey as necessary.

Job Description:

  • As a Fire Alarm Design Estimator, you'll estimate and help price and tender for new Fire Systems and Life Safety Projects for your company with existing or new clients such as Housing Associations, Care Homes and Local Council Authorities.
  • As a Fire Design Engineer, you will be able to design Fire Alarm systems to L and P standards, and lay out lighting Systems as well.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as BS5839.
  • Strong estimation and proposal skills.
