EHS and Facilities Manager Fixed Term – 18 months Tewkesbury (Hybrid) Aerospace and Manufacturing The Role – EHS and Facilities Manager We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced EHS and Facilities Manager to join prominent manufacturing business in a brand new, smart factory environment. You core focus will be ensuring adherence to all relevant UK facilities, environmental, and Health & Safety regulations. With an almost blank canvas, you’ll be managing a small team to initiate and develop robust EHS processes and practices to align with these regulations and ensure business excellence. A rare and highly rewarding opportunity awaits the successful candidate. Duties – EHS and Facilities Manager Introduce and promote industry best practices to a new site. Identify and implement initiatives to enhance environmental and sustainability practices. Ensure compliance with UK facilities, EHS regulations, including ISO14001 certification. Oversee the maintenance of buildings, building services, and grounds. Implement and manage compliance systems. Ensure reliable and cost-effective provision of site services. Manage facilities and EHS sub-contracted services. Collaborate with wider business teams in different locations globally. Drive continuous improvement in environmental and sustainability performance. Background – EHS and Facilities Manager Minimum of NEBOSH National Certificate Minimum of IEMA Foundation Certificate (or equivalent) Successful experience in a similar setting.
