You will help clients discover the right problems to solve and build internal capabilities for sustained transformation. As a transformation consultant you will be instrumental in developing our enablement methodology – moving beyond traditional consulting to create lasting change through stakeholder engagement, value demonstration, and organisational capability building.Key Responsibilities:Problem Discovery & Framing – Work with senior client executives to identify and articulate transformation opportunities that deliver measurable business impact.Proof of Concept Development – Design and deliver rapid prototypes and pilots that demonstrate value before large-scale investment.Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment – Build consensus across complex organisations, managing competing priorities and driving decision-making.Value Demonstration – Create compelling business cases and ROI models that secure executive buy-in and funding for transformation initiatives.Capability Building – Transfer knowledge and skills to client teams, ensuring sustainable transformation beyond project delivery.Strategic Blueprint Design – Define target operating models, customer journey maps, and transformation roadmaps that balance ambition with practical delivery.Workshop Design & Facilitation – Lead collaborative sessions that generate insights, align stakeholders, and drive actionable outcomes.Practice Development & Innovation – Contribute to our enablement methodology, thought leadership, and reusable assets that differentiate TCS in the market, whilst driving innovative approaches to transformation challenges.Team Leadership – Guide diverse teams combining strategy, technology, and change expertise to deliver integrated solutions.Pipeline Development – Identify and qualify new opportunities that extend client relationships and demonstrate our strategic partnership value.Your Profile:Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Professional experience of business/digital transformation.Travel, Transport, and/or Hospitality sector expertise.Deep understanding of industry dynamics, customer expectations, and operational challenges.Problem-solving methodology – Proven ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable components and solution pathways.Stakeholder engagement & organisational navigation – Track record of building relationships across C-suite, middle management, and operational teams, with proven ability to operate effectively within hierarchical, culturally diverse environments and complex networked ecosystems.Value demonstration expertise – Experience creating high level business cases and proof-of-concept approaches that secure executive commitment.Transformation methodology & innovation mindset – Familiarity with design thinking, agile, change management (PROSCI or equivalent), and transformation frameworks, combined with ability to pioneer innovative approaches to complex business challenges.Workshop facilitation skills – Ability to design and lead collaborative sessions that generate insights and drive decision-making.Excellent communication skills – Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to adapt messages for different audiences.Technology fluency – Understanding of CRM, eCommerce, automation, AI, and digital platforms (implementation experience a plus).Business acumen – Commercial awareness with ability to understand client business models, competitive pressures, and growth imperatives.Rewards & Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
