Working Arrangement: Hybrid with flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with the Construction Safety Act, Building Regulation Act, and Building Safety Act
- Lead high-profile development projects in education, residential, and local authority sectors
- Conduct surveys, provide dilapidation advice, and prepare detailed building reports
- Oversee building control applications and collaborate with conservation officers on listed building projects
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Strong project management experience and knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workloads independently
- Access to a car (can be included in the package)
- Proficiency in IT systems such as CAD and BIM is advantageous
