Working Arrangement: Hybrid with flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with the Construction Safety Act, Building Regulation Act, and Building Safety Act
  • Lead high-profile development projects in education, residential, and local authority sectors
  • Conduct surveys, provide dilapidation advice, and prepare detailed building reports
  • Oversee building control applications and collaborate with conservation officers on listed building projects

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
  • Strong project management experience and knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workloads independently
  • Access to a car (can be included in the package)
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as CAD and BIM is advantageous
