Factory Operative

FACTORY OPERATIVE\\n\\nDue to growth we are looking for Factory / Production Operatives for one of our clients based in Wolverhampton . This is a great opportunity to join a well established company .\\n\\nThis will be a temporary to permanent role working full time Day shift hours\\n\\nMonday – Thursday 7.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.00am – 2.30pm\\n\\nYou will need a full clean driving licence for this role due to any van duties that need covering\\n\\nDuties Will Include:\\n\\nWorking on a fast paced production line\\nFollowing instructions specific to client needs and requirements\\nUsing hand tools and machinery\\nWorking knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping\\nQuality Checking and inspecting orders\\nAny other general factory duties\\nExperience and skills required for this role include:\\n\\nPrevious experience of working in a factory or shopfloor\\nFull clean driving licence\\nBe Self-motivated and eager to learn\\nGood communication and organisational skills\\nExcellent attention to detail\\nAttributes needed for this role:\\n\\nBe a strong team player who can work well under pressure,\\nBe able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively\\nHave a strong work ethic\\nA good understanding of English both written and spoken\\nBenefits of this role\\n\\nOn-site parking\\nFull on the job training\\nBonus and flexible overtime once perm\\nA working culture which encourages progression and development\\nDay time hours only no shift work – only need to be flexible due to any overtime when at peak time\\nIf you feel you are suitable and are available immediately, please apply online
