Role: Part-time Finance Manager Sector: Creative Agency Permanent: Part Time: 2 days – Monday in the Office London: London Reporting to: Owners Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 FTE Ref: VisionFR 3100 The agency is a small highly creative agency Undertaking Online Productions and Events – working with Great Sports and fashion brands. They are looking to bring in a new employee to take the finances off the owners. The role will be a top to bottom role and will grow over time initially starting with ensuring AP side of things are accurately being done on Xero including liaison with suppliers and production teams then moving into the project side of things billings, project /WIP management, implementing good financial disciplines and reporting of KPIs. Looking initially at 2 days a week but on occasions this could be a little more and as the agency grows this role could also grow. The company is based Central London and work in the office on Monday – The rest of the time could be at home – The Current Revenue is £1.6M. Experience of working in a creative agency is a must.
