About the roleWe are looking to engage an experienced Quarry Manager to join an expanding team.You could be a Geraldton resident or someone looking to DIDO or FIFO from Perth.In this key role you will hold direct responsibility for all aspects of operations at the Quarry – focussing on maximising the performance of people, plant, and fleet to achieve company safety, environmental and financial targets whilst delivering required customer service standards and performance outcomes.As a leader of Health, Safety and the Environment you will also be accountable for budgeting and production targets, customer and community relations, quality compliance, crushing and screening, drill and blast, maintenance, stockpiling, load out and quarry development.You will lead a multidisciplinary team(including a strong contractor base) with the aim of providing an efficient and effective production process in a safety focused environment and you will work closely with other operations in the business to develop strategies and deliver operational goals for the region.This leadership role is perfect for someone looking for the next step in their career or looking to apply their existing skills and experience in an important role in a large operation.
