Morson Talent are currently looking for a Pre Construction Lead to join Sizewell C on a contractual basis until the end of December 2025 but this is likely to be extended due to the length and size of the project. You will be based on site in Suffolk with frequent travel to London as required. Job Purpose / Overview The Site Pre-Construction Lead will lead the pre-construction team and ensure the successful planning and initiation of the Sizewell C project. The role will direct and manage a multidisciplinary pre-construction team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project strategies, budgets, and schedules, and overseeing the preparation and review of project estimates to ensure accuracy in cost projections. The position will work closely with design teams to review and refine project plans and specifications, ensuring feasibility and compliance with all relevant standards. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, facilitate clear and effective communication, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
