We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Transport Planning Team.
Key role responsibilities
- Controlling and planning Transport movements, ensuring all legal requirements are adhered to
- Liaising with our Contracts Team to ensure effective management of Drivers, Facility Trailers and vehicles
- Ensure effective planning as well as management of the movement in real time to meet Clients strict timescales
- Constant communication with Driving and Contracts team, to ensure Client needs are exceeded.
Successful applicants must have
- Previous transport planning experience with good geographical knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Full Computer literacy
- The knowledge and experience to fully comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including compliance with driver and vehicle standards and safety regulations.
