Are you passionate about supporting essential business operations? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are currently looking for a Purchasing / Business Support Executive to join our busy team in Oak Tree House, Earby!
Hours of Work: 24 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, 8-hour days with a 30-minute break.
As a Purchasing / Business Support Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for purchasing non-cost of sales requirements and providing vital support across facilities management and general business functions. Your role will involve engaging with suppliers, managing purchasing orders, and ensuring our office is well-equipped and compliant with health and safety standards. You will also play a key role in supporting HR and Finance functions, managing travel arrangements, and hosting visitors, all while maintaining exceptional communication with your colleagues.
Purchasing / Business Support Executive Requirements:
- GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent as a minimum.
- Experience in a buying/procurement role is advantageous.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High IT literacy, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Purchasing / Business Support Executive Benefits:
- Salary range: £26,000 – £30,000 (£15,600 – £18,000 for a 3-day week).
- 25 days of annual leave with an option to purchase an additional week.
