With over four decades of industry presence, this multidisciplinary consultancy delivers Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across the UK. Their workload is predominantly in marine/coastal and healthcare sectors, with additional schemes in education, commercial, and residential. With steady growth and strong client relationships, they\’re now seeking an ambitious graduate to join their team and grow with them.
You\’ll begin with comprehensive office-based training, gaining exposure to live projects from day one before gradually taking on your own sites. You\’ll work closely with senior members, attend client meetings, travel to sites across the UK, and build up the skills to progress toward chartership and beyond.
The ideal candidate will be methodical, eager to learn, must have a full UK drivers Licence and have a willingness to travel. You also must be able to pass a DBS Enhanced background check.
The Role:
Tenders, valuations & site reports
Assisting with progress meetings, quality checks, and contractor queries
Office-based in Poole initially, with regular UK-wide site travel after 3-4 months
Supporting on marine, healthcare, and mixed-sector projects
The Person:
Degree with RICS accreditation
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Proficient in Word and Excel
No experience required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
