Senior Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare ITS Building People are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our office in Southampton, focusing on Healthcare. Due to growth, we are currently expanding our disciplines and looking to start up a new division within our blue-collar team. We already have well established and successful construction and engineering teams supplying both freelance and permanent candidates and we’re now looking for an additional sector to compliment this. About us: With over 50 years’ experience within the recruitment industry and now 19 offices in major cities and towns across the UK, we are a well-established, reputable, and successful recruitment agency. Within each of our offices we pride ourselves with local knowledge of both candidates and clients and our bespoke tailored service. The job role: * You will be part of a busy, fast paced sales team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with candidates & clients. * You will be required to generate new business and grow your desk of temporary construction placements using various techniques including strategic outbound calls, overseeing and developing new client accounts and arranging client visits and meetings. * You will attract new candidates using various techniques including outbound calls, marketing, advertising, using social media and working closely with our Resourcer What essentials we need from you? * Someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious. * Driven and motivated to progress. * Dynamic and willing to learn. * Experience within recruitment is essential ideally 3 years+ * Driving License is essential.
