Recruitment Consultant

Jobsworth Recruitment are currently seeking an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to work based in our Droitwich office (must also be able to commute to Halesowen). Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Droitwich (ability to commute to Halesowen Office) Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Salary: £28,000 Contract: Permanent Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following; * Plan management for our Droitwich (and surrounding areas) clients * Identifying client leads * Developing client relationships * Management of bookings on our in-house CRM system * Creating job adverts to meet the changing needs of our client base * Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates * Attend onsite meetings What we need from you; * Must be able to commute to Halesowen office when needed * At least 12 months experience would be ideal * Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the telephone and face-to-face * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Previous sales experience would be beneficial for this role If you have a passion for recruitment and have the required experience, we would love to hear from you
