Our client, a global blue-chip software solutions and IT services company, is looking for Enterprise Mobility Solutions Sales Manager. The original job title is ‘Technical Account Manager (Sales Oriented) – EMM & MDM Solutions’
[Purpose of the Job]
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong sales capabilities to lead both the technical delivery and commercial growth of enterprise mobility solutions (primarily MDM/EMM platforms). The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise with on-premise deployments and also excels at building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue. This role will manage the full customer lifecycle—from technical onboarding to commercial upsell and renewal strategy.
[Key Accountabilities]
(1) Technical Responsibilities
– Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle of MDM solution deployments (e.g., Knox, SOTI, Omnissa Workspace ONE, ManageEngine, Ivanti UEM)
– Act as the technical point of contact for key public sector, healthcare, and enterprise accounts
– Support solution design, integration planning, and deployment oversight (on-premise)
– Conduct solution workshops, technical QBRs, and security architecture reviews
(2) Sales Responsibilities:
Own revenue growth within assigned accounts (expansion, renewal, upsell)
– Identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., Knox Suite add-ons, analytics, partner solutions)
– Participate in RFP/RFI responses with both technical and commercial input
– Forecast and manage a pipeline of renewal and expansion opportunities
– Collaborate with the sales team to drive account strategy and opportunity planning
– Influence decision-makers and procurement teams to secure repeat business
– Meet or exceed assigned revenue quota and renewal targets
[Requirements]
(1) 5–10 years of experience in technical account management, solution engineering, or sales engineering
(2) Proven track record in MDM/EMM solution delivery and account expansion or renewal sales
(3) Hands-on experience with on-premise enterprise deployments
(4) Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills
(5) Experience in managing enterprise/public sector customers with complex procurement processes
(5) Ability to bridge business goals with technical execution
(6) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
(7) Willingness to travel for client engagements(business travel required: 70% domestic transfers & 30% international transfers may occur)
[Conditions]
(1) Job type: full-time & permanent
(2) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(3) Hybrid working: 2 days work from home after probation
(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
(5) Salary: base up to 63K(depending on experience) commission (max OTE £118K)
(6) Benefits: pension(up to 8.5% by employer), life assurance, medical insurance, etc.
(7) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays 8 bank holidays)
