Job Description
Service Introduction / Service Transition Manager, Hybrid
Service Introduction / Service Transition Manager required for a leading private sector organisation based in West London.
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge in all aspects of Service Transition and Introduction Lifecycle.
Experience working within large corporate organisations with multiple business units spread across multiple locations required.
In addition, you will need to have experience in the following:-
- Knowledge of Project Management Principles
- General Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Technologies
- In depth understanding of Service Management principles e.g. Change and Release management
- A recent ITIL accreditation preferred
- Outstanding Stakeholder Management skills
