Site Manager Role (Full Time) Salary: £55,000-£60,000 Start: February Location: UK-Wide (Travel required) Project Values: £50,000K-£3M Project Duration: Up to 13 weeks About the Role My client are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced pipeline of Design & Build projects, predominantly within the hospitality sector-including coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and specialist leisure environment. The role involves managing live sites UK-wide, with immediate projects underway in the UK The business is extremely busy, with multiple projects starting in the coming weeks and further work pending. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across assigned project sites Oversee and drive the programme to ensure timely delivery Coordinate, schedule, and liaise with all subcontractors and suppliers Maintain a detailed site diary and all relevant documentation Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of construction Maintain a safe, compliant site environment Essential Requirements SMSTS First Aid at Work NVQ Level 6 (Mandatory, not desirable) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide Preferred Background Time-served Site Manager with a hands-on understanding of site operations Experience in hospitality fit-out, including: Bars Restaurants Coffee shops Leisure/entertainment venues Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skill
