We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join our successful team at the Knightsbridge Hotel. To succeed in this role, you should be confident and an engaging communicator, ensuring exceptional service for our guests. Working as part of our front office team, you will need excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
We are seeking a Reservations Agent who is customer-focused, warm, and an effective communicator. You should be knowledgeable about the hotel rooms and facilities, comfortable recommending rates and packages to guests and external agents.
