We have anexciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join our highly successfulteam here at our Knightsbridge Hotel. To be successful in this role you will need to beconfident and an engaging communicator ensuring inspirational service isdelivered to our guests. Working as part of our front office team, you will beexpected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational andinterpersonal skills.

We are looking for a Reservations Agent who is customer focused,demonstrates warmth and excellent communication. You will beconfident in your knowledge of the hotel rooms and facilities, being at ease whenrecommending rates and packages to guests and external agents.
