We are recruiting for both Qualified and Unqualified Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in peoples lives.
Pay Rates:
Unqualified Support Worker
MondayFriday: £12.79/hour
Weekends: £16.63/hour
Qualified Support Worker
MondayFriday: £13.00/hour
Weekends: £16.90/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support to service users

Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and promoting independence

Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff

Work effectively as part of a team and follow care plans
Requirements:

Experience in a care/support setting is desirable

NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (for qualified roles)

Reliable, compassionate, and committed to supporting vulnerable individuals

Willing to undergo enhanced Access NI checks
