Role Quality Manager Location Dungannon Overview My Client a leading Manufacturing company are in the process of expanding their Operations team. As the Quality Manager you will promote levels of customer satisfaction while achieving high quality standards in a lean environment. Main Duties To develop and implement the quality management strategy in line with business standards. To develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products. To develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards. To monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels. To establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments To manage department performance against agreed targets through appraisal and review.
