You will provide flexible, holistic and short-term support to clients with a wide range of support needs, with the aim of them achieving their own accommodation at the end of their CAS2 placement. You will manage a caseload of clients in properties in your allocated patch Swindon You will carry out property inspections and report repairs promptly to ensure we provide quality homes for our clients. You will be required to travel for training and team meetings, and be flexible to cover other local patches, including Swindon. We are looking for someone with knowledge of support planning and safeguarding, and experience of working with vulnerable adults with complex needs (i.e. substance misuse and mental health). Essential Criteria: 1.)Full UK Driving Licence required 2.)Valid Business insurance required – required to claim expenses from Nacro 3.)Enhanced DBS required 4.)Post holder will be subject to a HMPPS check. Any applicants who have been dismissed by HMPPS will NOT be eligible to work on the CAS2 contract 5.)Required to work a rota system between 8am-10pm weekdays (20 hours per week) earlies 8am-4pm or Late shift 2pm-10pm.
