The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Permanent Chef De Partie for their prestigious client based in Carnoustie.

Salary – £30,371 Per Annum

Contact – Permanent Full Time – Working 5 days out of 7.

Location – Carnoustie

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a consistent food offering whilst learning and developing new skills
  • Preparing food and running a section during meal service times
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained in all back of house catering areas
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety legislation at all times
  • Undertake operational duties as required to support the business
  • Great cooking skills and experience of running a section o Have flair and be passionate about what you do
  • A great team player
  • Be aware of food costs and the impact on profit margins

Qualifications:

  • NVQ / SVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery or evidence of trade experience and on the job learning
