Main responsibilities:
- Create framework and strategies to support efficient and effective business decision making
- Build and implement governance framework for project/program management
- Develop robust tracking mechanism to supervise compliance
- Drive insightful analysis on project/program performance, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Review of project/program processes and financials
- Develop and coordinate financial reporting of projects/programs
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve and refine finance processes
Global Accounting Network are partnering with an international FMCG client who are looking for a Finance Transformation Business Partner as part of a global ERP project.
As the Finance Transformation Business Partner, this role will report into the Transformation Director. This role is responsible for partnering with finance and functional teams to support governance of the transformation programs.
Skills/Experience required:
- Proven finance transformation background
- Experience within a global organisation and change management
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial
- Ideally exposure to a shared service centre
