A leading global technology provider is seeking an experienced and strategicHR Business Partner to join their international People team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a global department by acting as a key advisor to senior executives and leadership teams across multiple regions. As the HR Business partner you must be engaging, proactive and have the ability to work at pace!
The HRBP will act as a trusted strategic partner driving forward people initiatives whilst partnering with the wider business. This role will support overall performance, enhance organisational wellbeing, and strengthen employee engagement. The HRBP must have a strong commercial outlook and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management in order to influence and coach employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leaders to deliver actionable people strategies aligned with business goals.
Support organisational design and change management alongside focusing on succession planning.
Provide coaching and HR advisory support to executive stakeholders.
Enhance employee engagement and wellbeing across global teams.
Drive performance management and build leadership capability.
Oversee complex employee relations matters and mitigate people-related risks.
What We’re Looking For:
Substantial HR experience with a strong background in HRBP roles across global or matrixed organisations.
Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, succession planning, and managing change.
Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations internationally.
Excellent stakeholder management, coaching skills, and executive presence.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
