Your mission
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams by equipping them with the training, resources, and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they ramp up quickly and effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a structured, searchable knowledge base, ensuring that sales teams have quick access to critical information. You will develop and deliver engaging enablement programs, including product training, and sales playbooks that enhance messaging consistency and product knowledge.
You will continuously measure and optimise enablement effectiveness, using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to refine programs. By collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps, you will ensure our teams stay aligned, confident, and well-equipped to engage with customers effectively.

What you’ll be doing
New Hire Onboarding:
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, accelerating ramp time.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding program, includinglogistics, scheduling, content creation,deliveryand measurement.
- Act as the first point of contact for new hires, setting them up for success.
Knowledge Management:
- Perform a comprehensive audit of all existing enablement content andidentifygaps, redundancies, and outdated materials.
- Develop a structured, searchable knowledge base that enables teams to find critical information quickly.
- Work closely with product, sales, support, and customer success teams to translate technical features into clear, user-friendly documentation
Product Enablement:
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams (sales, and customer success) to ensure consistent messaging and deep product knowledge.
- Partner with marketing and product marketing to translate product positioning and messaging into internal training materials and playbooks.
- Support in launching product marketing new products by developing go-to-market (GTM) enablement resources, including FAQs, pitch decks, demo scripts, and one-pagers.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate technical features into clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Organise andmaintaina structured knowledge base to improve access to critical information.
Continuous Improvement & Impact Measurement:
- Define and track KPIs for enablement programs, such as training completion rates, certification pass rates, and sales performance improvements.
- Regularlysolicitfeedback from stakeholders to optimise enablement efforts.
- Review training materials to ensure theyremainrelevant, updated, and aligned with market trends.
- Develop a structured feedback loop to collect insights from front-line teams on content effectiveness and knowledge gaps.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years\’ experience in enablement, sales training, knowledge management, and new hire onboarding.
- Strong ability to create engaging learning experiences, from written content to interactive sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for educating and empowering others.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems, learning platforms, and content creation tools.
- Experience with SharePoint and Notion.
- Familiar with Sales Methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message etc.
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
