We are now recruiting for an experienced Events Director to join a well established brand and play a key role in its ongoing success.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Event Director to join our successful Trade Show Exhibitions team. You will be responsible for leading by example, delivering results, and driving the team to exceed their goals while ensuring the continued growth of our exhibitions.
- Lead by example : Achieve and exceed your personal sales targets.
- Inspire your team : Support and motivate your team to surpass their own targets.
- Strategize for success : Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow new and existing business.
- Grow the portfolio : Increase the number and diversity of exhibitors, sponsorship revenues, and overall show yield.
- Drive performance : Set clear goals and objectives, review progress, and manage sales plans and budgets effectively.
- Hands-on approach : Sell on the front line while acting as a key point of contact for your team.
