Halecroft Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Learning & Development Advisor on behalf of our client, based in Altrincham, Cheshire. This role offers a competitive salary up to around £40,000 + benefits. We are seeking an experienced, outcome-focused individual who embodies our client's core values of innovation, excellence, and integrity, and can effectively partner with Senior Leaders to drive learning initiatives. Responsibilities Develop engaging face-to-face and e-learning training modules in collaboration with business experts. Act as a trusted learning expert and champion the staff development programme. Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, supporting skill and capability development. Enhance the value of training through ongoing feedback and improvements. Support staff through the Career Development framework. Engage with potential hires, alliance partners, and clients regarding development opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends to keep learning programmes relevant. Requirements Demonstrable experience in Learning and Development initiatives in a professional services setting. Proficient in managing Learning Management systems and maintaining accurate training records. Experience collaborating with Senior Leaders on business change initiatives. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Commitment to Continued Professional Development and strong relationship-building skills. Understanding of different learning styles and design/delivery experience. Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programmes. Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent, with support available for the right candidate. Location: Altrincham Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience + benefits
