Job Responsibilities
- Business Development: Lead the business development team to develop a sales pipeline, measured by sales performance and revenue growth against targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Advise stakeholders on strategy related to customer experience, digital marketing, e-Commerce, and self-service development.
- Strategic Alignment: Develop strategies aligning with the client\’s business objectives and target audience. Coordinate with service leads to ensure consistent messaging and outcomes for customers.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer champion, advocating for excellence and driving a unified mindset across stakeholders.
- Program Ownership: Own and champion programs, build relationships with stakeholders, and apply systematic, technically sound approaches to assignments. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution within time and budget constraints.
- Knowledge and Practice: Demonstrate expertise in consulting tools, practices, and techniques for precise analysis and presentation. Share best practices and learning across teams.
- Client Site Work: Work at client sites as required, varying by assignment.
