Join our team! We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our growing People Team to support the amazing work being done on the Tesco Media & Insight Platform.
Reporting to the People Director for the Tesco Media & Insight Platform, you will be a strategic partner to leaders across Technology & Product, spanning dunnhumby & Tesco across geographies, whilst sharing your expertise to bolster our People Team capability. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence CPGs and Agencies.
As a Senior People Partner, you’ll need to be able to:
- Influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation across Tesco Media & Insight Platform.
- Demonstrate your experience of working with and advising colleagues across Germany, UK and India.
- To create, own and execute a people plan, with clear and proven results.
- Lead change and deal with ambiguity, supporting current and future business needs through developing, engaging and motivating the workforce
- Handle and manage any employee relations case as and when they arise.
- Drive a high-performance cultureacross a function
- Lead annual people processes including, workforce planning, compensation, talent and performance reviews
- Use data to drive insights and actions to drive meaningful change through influencing stakeholders.
- Actively lead and champion our D&I initiatives within the organisation
- Work in a highly matrixed organisation.
- Be passionate and able to roll up your sleeves as we build this business!
