Partner Development Executive

This is an exciting time to join us. Weâve already built a thriving network of over 250 trusted referring partners â and now weâre aiming even higher, with an ambitious plan to grow our network to 500 partners. Youâll be joining a team thatâs invested in the long-term success of our partner community, where relationship-building is at the core of everything we do.

What Youâll Be Doing
Grow our partner family â Take ownership of the full Partner process: from building genuine relationships and creating new opportunities, to pitching, negotiating, and successfully onboarding partners.
Strategic thinker and planner â Co-create and execute on joint marketing plans with partners to promote Cloud9 services to their client base
Proactively drive opportunities through to close â Engage new and existing prospects thoughtfully, build meaningful connections through outreach, and confidently lead opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement.
Keep us organised and connected â Keep our CRM and partner team sites up to date so everyoneâs in the loop and handovers between teams are seamless.
Get out there and network â Attend industry and sector events to build relationships, spread the Cloud9 love, and help more people understand the power of Dynamics 365.
Team up with marketing â Collaborate with our internal marketing team to campaigns, generate inspiring content, and help develop our growing Partner-to-Partner (P2P) proposition.
Champion continuous improvement â Manage and refine the Partner Playbook so weâre always improving, sharing best practices, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Find new opportunities creatively â Blend methodical outreach with creative thinking to discover and develop new sources of partnership growth.
