Bid Manager
Civil Engineering Main Contractor
An opportunity has been created for a Civil Engineering Bid Manager to join a live South West based Project for a Main Contractor.
As an organisation they currently work on a number of projects spanning across Highways, Rail, Tunnelling and Civils across the UK.
The main focus of the role is to manage the bid process from pretender to handover. You will be responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget and ensure that all the clientβs questions have been answered as fully as possible.
Working under the direction of the Project Director you will lead all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on tenders within Civil Engineering
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Ability to build and maintain lasting and positive relationships
- Data acquisition and interrogation skills
