About The Role

BREWDOG BRISTOL HARBOURSIDE IS ON THE HUNT FOR A GENERAL MANAGER. We aim to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are, delivering amazing beer and customer service at all times. We’re looking for a General Manager to join our team.

You’ll lead from the front, setting the benchmark for customer service, training others to provide the best customer experience. You’ll ensure your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals and having fun, while also managing the profitability of the business. You’ll lead an experienced management team across kitchen, floor, and bar, developing talent and driving performance.

Role includes nurturing future talent, maintaining high standards, and aligning team effort with BrewDog’s charter.

About You

You must have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a busy bar and kitchen to steer and develop the team. Financial acumen is required to manage P&L across the business. You should be dedicated, flexible, and ready for a challenging yet rewarding role where you can make it your own. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential—willingness to learn is essential. A customer-service focus is critical, ensuring every customer experience stands out. You’ll be a natural trainer, enjoy developing others, and be responsible for nurturing talent in BrewDog bars. Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams is expected.
