Salary Range:Β£1,413 – Β£5,652 per annum, plus additional incident call out payments

Hours per week:Minimum of 31 on-call hours per week

On-call firefighters come from diverse backgrounds, including full or part-time employment, self-employment, students, or unemployed individuals. They dedicate their time to assist the fire service and protect their communities.

This role is demanding but rewarding, fostering close teamwork and community involvement. Responsibilities include fighting fires and handling various emergencies such as flooding, road accidents, chemical spills, and animal rescues.
