We have been mandated by a commercial Middle Eastern bank to identify an experienced Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in West London.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Legal Counsel:
- Providing legal advice and guidance across the business – including employment law and regulatory advice
- Assisting with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts including contracts with third party supplier/vendors
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Working with external counsel regarding any potential litigation issues
Attributes and Experience required for Legal Counsel:
You will be a qualified UK lawyer with a minimum of 5 years\’ experience – previous in-house and employment law experience ideal. Salary: £90K plus discretionary bonus and benefits. 5 days in the office. Please contact me for more details.
